I’ve come to learn that less is more when it comes to achieving happiness, and that’s something I’ve come to appreciate as my career has progressed. Happiness is the primary goal of my work as a life coach, so I pay close attention to my clients’ desired states of mind, outcomes, and knowledge.

We Sabotage Our Progress, Tranquilly, and Happiness.

In a departure from my usual format, I’m going to talk about the things we should give up in today’s video. Your happiness depends on your ability to refrain from these activities. To put it another way, we need to actively engage in unlearning.

I’ve seen that there are fundamental human actions that cause us to remain mired in the past, dissatisfied, and unable to go forward. By clinging to and perpetuating these, we sabotage our progress, tranquilly, and happiness.

We compare ourselves to others, we withhold our generosity, we compare ourselves to others, we settle for superficial friendships, and we hold grudges.

Having excessive worries

Perhaps you are not at your best mental health if you are continuously worried. As long as you aren’t thinking about more mundane things like collecting groceries or leaving the house, getting worked up the day before a big presentation or exam isn’t as significant. If this fear persists for an extended period of time, it may be time to see a doctor.
