When attempting to launch Google Chrome, some users have reported receiving the error message ERR_CACHE_MISS.

Instead of an error, your web browser has displayed a warning. It turns out that Google Chrome’s peculiar behaviour is designed to prevent the browser from repeatedly filling out the same web form.

Method 1: Chrome OS Update

One of the first things to check if you’re having this problem is whether or not you’re using the most recent version of your browser.

Method 5: Initiate a Network Reset
